Air Duct Aeroseal

Seal duct leaks from the inside — with precise, verified results.

Leaky ductwork wastes fan energy, reduces delivered airflow, and makes balancing harder than it needs to be. Aerosol-based duct sealing is a proven way to seal hard-to-reach leaks internally while tracking leakage reduction in real time.

Why Aeroseal matters?

Even well-built systems can leak at joints, seams, takeoffs, access doors, and connections above ceilings or behind finished walls. Those leaks can lead to:

  • Under-delivered airflow at diffusers and grilles

  • Comfort complaints and uneven temperatures

  • Higher fan runtimes / higher operating costs

  • More difficulty achieving stable TAB results

Research and field experience show duct leakage can meaningfully impact fan energy and overall performance in large buildings.

People-First Approach

Everything we do is built around understanding your needs and helping you succeed—because when you thrive, so do we.

A Focus on Quality

We hold our work to high standards. We focus on sustainable results built on smart strategy and real insight.

Reliability You Can Count On

We follow through, meet deadlines, and show up when it matters. Consistency is part of our promise.

Proven Process, Flexible Execution

We bring structure where it counts and adaptability where it matters. Our methods are clear, but always responsive.

What is Aeroseal duct sealing?

Aerosol duct sealing is an automated duct-tightness improvement process that pressurizes the duct system and injects an atomized sealant. The sealant particles travel with the airflow and accumulate at leak locations, sealing gaps from the inside without coating the entire duct surface.

How the process works?

1) Preparation & protection

We isolate sections, temporarily block registers/grilles, and protect sensitive components (coils, sensors, etc.) so the sealant only goes where intended.

2) Baseline leakage test

We connect equipment and run a pre-test to quantify existing leakage (CFM at pressure). This baseline becomes the “before” for your final report.

3) Aeroseal Sealing

The system is pressurized and the sealant is introduced. As leaks close, measured leakage drops and duct pressure response changes — tracked live by software until the target is reached.

4) Verification & reporting

We stop at the target leakage rate, restore the system, patch access points, and deliver a before/after leakage reportdocumenting improvement.

Air Duct Aeroseal
from $3,099.00

Aeroseal duct sealing is a professional HVAC service designed to seal air leaks from the inside of ductwork using advanced Aeroseal-based technology. This process is especially effective for leaks located above ceilings, inside walls, shafts, or other areas that are difficult or costly to access manually.

Using Aeroseal, the duct system is temporarily pressurized and a sealing compound is introduced into the airflow. As the air escapes through leaks, the sealant particles collect at those leak locations and gradually close the gaps—without coating the entire duct interior.

The process is fully monitored in real time and includes measured before-and-after leakage testing, providing clear, documented verification of results.

Aerosol duct sealing helps improve:

  • Airflow delivery to occupied spaces

  • System efficiency and pressure balance

  • Comfort consistency across zones

  • Performance and stability

Each project includes system preparation, controlled sealing, verification testing, and a final report documenting leakage reduction. Final scope and pricing depend on system size, configuration, and site conditions.
