Who we are
Neuma Testing & Balancing provides professional HVAC testing, balancing, and building performance verification services across Western Canada. We support projects throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, partnering closely with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and building owners to ensure systems operate efficiently and buildings perform as designed.
Our work spans a wide range of environments, including provincial government facilities, schools, laboratories, healthcare spaces, multi-family residential buildings, commercial developments, and industrial sites. These projects often demand accuracy, clear documentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders—standards we consistently uphold.
Over the course of our operations, we have contributed to more than 150 commercial and residential projects, ranging from small tenant improvements to large, multi-system facilities. Each project is approached with the same focus: precise field measurements, careful verification, and reports that are practical, defensible, and easy to review.
We understand that testing and balancing is often one of the final steps before occupancy or handover. For that reason, we place strong emphasis on reliability, communication, and turnaround time, with most reports issued within 3-4 business days following completion of on-site work depending on a size of the projects.
Neuma Testing & Balancing maintains active WCB coverage and full liability insurance for all projects. Our goal is to be a dependable technical partner—helping teams close out projects smoothly, address performance issues efficiently, and meet compliance requirements with confidence.
